An enticing cherry-almond hazelnut nose welcomes you to this slightly minty cherry jubilee. The structural tannins support a full mid-palate, yielding to hints of dark chocolate and molasses at the finish. The mintiness comes from the famous sessile French oak Quercus petraea grown in northeast Hungary. Pairs well with savory cheeses, smoked meats, duck confit, or cassoulet.
