This silky-smooth Syrah is an easy to drink “big” red wine. Sourced from Paragon Vineyards, it was crushed, and fermented on the skins. Its firm tannic structure with strong mineral characteristics is your main course wine; it would be fabulous with a steak, ribeye, or prime rib. Aged 3 years in 1/3 new American oak, 34 cases produced.
