Gold Medal winner in the 2021 San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition!
Our 2019 Chardonnay was sourced from Paragon Vineyards in Edna Valley, at the base of Islay Peak. After crushing, the juice had 36 hours of skin contact before pressing and fermentation. Beautiful light golden in color, flavors of apple, melon, pear, peach, pineapple, and grapefruit embrace. More so than the previous vintage, there are prominent flavors of apricot and honey. This 2019 vintage is a balanced medley of mouth-watering tastes and aromas. Enjoy on its own or paired with ginger pork or barbecued meats, as well as traditional pairings like fish or chicken. Aged 2 months in used American oak barrels, 100 cases produced.
