This seductive brandy features an enticing character with caramel and vanilla flavors and hints of caramel, maple syrup, and baking bread on the nose. Aging in denser French oak with a medium toast and untoasted heads yields a distinctive brandy that’s deeper, richer, and creamier with more mid-palate flavors. Barrel aged two years at 95 proof and reduced to 80 proof for bottling.
